Introduction to the Field of Organizational Behavior
Understanding the Organizational Behavior is crucial for organizational excellence since it fashioned a concept of dynamic milieu where people can thrive and perform at their best. The content of my insights are issues that tackled church organizational structure, the effectual of its programs, the people and systems that can help attuned the church for the current trends and prepare for the future which is based on my realization of the discussed subject.
Human resource in church organization is the best asset that can be utilized to effectively execute God’s program in advancing His kingdom. As a saying goes, “Take good care of the people and they will take care of the rest.” Therefore, church leaders should be conversant of programs in valuing, developing, training and rank the members according to the ministry there were called or best fitted. In order to determine the best people fitted in performing a specific ministry, aside from commitment in prayer, there should be practical system to be applied like profiling of each member for inventory purposes. Develop and train people to be equipped and skilled in performing entrusted ministry to them and this education should be continuous.
Since the world is evolving, program church strategies to be relevant and cater the needs of the souls in today’s trend. How? By evaluation through research of the current trend information in the community and beyond then position the church programs to be attuned and effective. Moreover, the church should realign or overhaul its structure to prepare for globalization. Upon overhauling of structural design, the diagnosed problems should be cured by selecting strategy that is most appropriate to the situation and that solution should favor not just individual or a team but
