To eliminate gap performance we must have the capable staffing for all service needs available. More availability office hours for patient care. Our goal is to continuance of service to people of non English speaking communities. Have medical staffing that speaks the language within the community. Have office hours available for times that are appropriate with patients. Offer all needed medical services and medical services for the patients needs. Currently we are affiliated with all hospitals as they are more apt to take patients without healthcare. We would like to become affiliated with all hospitals. This will provide us the need to transfer patients if needed to a hospital that specializes in the types
