How would you described prison for women?
Personal experiencing from working their it is horrible. Being in prison you first of all have to be tough, because prison itself is tough. You have no privacy, you are told what to do, when to eat, when to sleep, shower and what to wear. The priosn for women would be much like the one for mens. One difference is in a women prison there are lots of close relationship like mother and daughter thing even though they are not related. In a women prison some of them actually say they are lesbians or even bi-sexual. I have heard of women getting rape, but on the job my shift I never seen it happen. We have lots of women in prison for no-violent crimes. Not saying that the women serving time are not violent. It also depends on what type of security that the prison has. Minimun Security it like a level one I know first-hand what prison is like for both women and men even juvenils boy(s) and girls(s).
How would you compare womens prison to those for juveniles and men?
What would happen if there were no distinction for prisons among the group previously mentioned?
