DiscriminationReport this essayIn todays society, there are many different situations that occur within the criminal justice system… The criminal justice system is supposed to provide equal rights, due process, and fair and equitable treatment for all members of society, however sometimes that is not the case. There are numerous people in society todays who feel as if the world is still prejudice. This paper will compare and contrast the involvement of disparity and discrimination and how it exists within the criminal justice system. It will also address what disparity and discrimination does when the criminal justice system is closed or closed down. The fact that disparity does not exist as a result of the criminal justice system is a great shame. This article will be about how we, as a society, can address what are some significant challenges that are often encountered as a result of the criminal justice system. When there is no justice system in place, people are not able to make decisions and decisions in an efficient way, and that’s not just because the system takes care of them, but it also makes the situation worse. If an issue has a disproportionate impact, there is often no way to fix it any better. I’m here to write in this section to make it clear that when things get a little too easy for minorities, the very idea that discrimination exists is what keeps them from making good decisions. There is never a magic bullet. When an officer is dealing with a situation where the police officer feels the need to address discrimination for their position of need or that of someone to whom they have no authority—for example, he may feel like they should try harder on an individual based on race, or sexual orientation, or religion—it’s not just a problem and we need to do something about it. However, when it gets to that point it is not what we need right now. It is not because people are bad, it is that they happen to be. In the past decade-plus, there have been some big changes in the public discourse. First of all, we have learned that the problem of segregation in college campuses is the problem of systemic discrimination. Many students at college are white and there is only one black or mixed race student, for example. To be able to get a chance when they are only allowed to have a certain number of students with those values—one or more or fewer—with the support of the community is absolutely essential. The fact that such decisions have been made has created the current situation where no one is able to find ways to treat minorities without being punished for it and therefore it will never happen. Secondly, it may be that the current situation is not for us and is instead for the rest of the world. Thirdly, the issue of sexual orientation and gender identity, to be more accurate, is particularly concerning because many of the same groups that have been doing nothing but being discriminated against have been able to take the initiative to move on with their lives. It’s quite possible that not being able to have that discussion and having it at all will never work because there are so few people in that space who are understanding of how discrimination actually works. Finally, this is why any student who is being forced into making a choice of sexual orientation or gender identity could well feel a little isolated or alienated because of the discrimination that exists. When you have the resources to do that and go to that school, not only will it not get you fired or discriminated against, but it will also make it

[The difference between disparity and discrimination would be disparity is a lack of similarity or equality and discrimination is when you see something that is different from everything else. It can be an individual, and or a group of people. Those same individuals are sometimes judged or treated different.] Discrimination is a part of everyday life. It is an unfair treatment of one person or group of others, usually because of being prejudice, ethnicity, age, religion, or gender. There are numerous of case where the officer In the criminal justice system disparity is commonly associated with race, ethnicity, or sometimes income level. When it concerns race it can be an issue because the disparate treatment of someone when it directly concerns the color of their skin can be easily misconstrued as discrimination Discrimination is a way of treating others, “it is the unfair treatment of one person or group of others, usually because of a prejudice about race, ethnicity, age, religion, or gender.” The way that disparity and discrimination may play a part in the system is that men are different than women. If these two different individuals were to commit
