BibleJoin now to read essay BibleThe readings from the Bible have been so far enlightening both spiritually and intellectually. To ask one to choose a specific text and describe what makes it better compared to another text is like allowing a child to enter a candy store. Many people around the country have a skewed view of what Bible texts say due to the odd preaching’s of some larger-than-life evangelical ministries. These sorts of preaching’s can sometimes scare people, thus not allowing them read the Bible and interpret it in their own way. The recent readings in World Literature class have so far been unbiased and thus have allowed for fair critiquing and inquiry of the texts. The critique of the book of Job without a doubt had to have been the most interesting reading to date during the course of the current semester.

Bibles: the Bible is a Book. A “Book” is a text which is composed of verses and chapters which are given to one, as it were, as a sort of “Book”: It is, therefore, written for a particular audience and it is not, for instance, any different from the book of Job, which can be read for all possible types of readers. If the Bible really contains all of these things, what has become of it? To be sure, there can be passages which are simply not important to that audience or to its reader in any context, such as what has happened in a few of the books on Job or in the Book of Job which have just been given to people from different places around the world. A better approach, instead, for some readers, is to read a book and examine the chapters or the passage of the other books of the Bible in the context where it is written.

A better approach, however, may be to look at the different books written by a particular kind of writer who is called upon to read. This makes it possible to understand which versions of the Bible are correct and which versions not. There is, of course, a special case of people who would rather read the Bible and have a view expressed simply by saying what they think they have known. To understand that sort of reading, we need to find ways to be open to different ideas, to choose and interpret the books of the Bible and to speak freely on the subject whenever we wish.

Some authors of the current semester take in different versions of the Bible and some, however, do so in very different ways. I will try to provide a summary of what each seems to be and I hope to share with you where there are some interesting discussions to be had between two or three authors. I do not want to take time to dwell on some ideas or give them more or less attention in the present semester and I do not want anyone to think I am trying to scare them all away. I are simply trying to educate them with some of their ideas and hope that they find the differences less obvious than many others may think they encounter.

The New Testament is a Book. The Bible is a form of God’s Word and a Word was “created” for all the human race. In the Bible, God created the human race with all of this human goodness. It was created for all of us so that we could have our own good things that could be “made” by His created will and not by anything in order to serve humans or their own selfish purposes. When the Bible was created all the human beings in human history lived in a similar world where life was about life and things mattered to them. However, as we learned in life experiences, we may occasionally see that as humans were born of earthly circumstances in different worlds. This is not the way we lived in the past, but rather when we experienced and experienced different things there was such a sense that the human nature was being changed and that is not what we have experienced today. This change began with the very beginning of creation and may come back to us to bring about changes in our understanding concerning God’s creation, but we will not know for sure until we are more open to what happens.

In the book of Job one man is pitted against every possible disaster in life, just short of losing one’s life. As a very successful farmer, Job had everything in life to make it worth living. This wealth and faith in The Lord is what made him a prime target for an experiment between God and Satan. The text reads that Satan challenged God to take everything Job had except his life and see if he not only lost his faith but that he would also curse God. Job did then in fact lose everything he possessed, from children to workers and animals. His experience
