Founded in 2006, the Alumni Leadership Council (ALC) was created as part of a University-wide initiative set forth by President Andrew K. Benton to transform alumni engagement with the University and with one another. Learn more about the Alumni Leadership Council.
Chapter Presidents Council
The council members represents the University at the grassroots level through Chapters and Regional Programs. The council comprises of current and past Chapter Presidents from all Chapters and all Alumni Leadership Council (ALC) presidents. This project is about the company Starbucks, of the café Industry who rule the world in the cafeteria industry, entering the Indian market. In this project I have analyzed the environment the company is planning to invest, India, through a SLEPT analysis. Due to intensive global rivalry in the marketplace, Starbucks future doesnt look as good as it is in the present situation. It needs to diversify its market into the emerging countries such as India, to grow their market share and sustain in its competitive platform. The project is formulated to understand the current conditions and projected future trends and recommended strategies to strengthen their company position and sustain the operational obstacles in the Indian Market as per the current market situations of the company STARBUCKS and the country INDIA.
