PROBLEM 1: POOR MARKETING STRATEGY
The company and their products are not well known in the market. Their marketing strategy is not well organized. Customers loyalty and satisfaction have not been met, since the companys name and product are not well known in the market. The company uses only a small amount of resources in terms of marketing; they only use web and pamphlets advertisement and lack on the ability on reducing the fats of their products.

PROBLEM 2: HIGH COST OF PRODUCT
The purpose of their company is to earn more profit and build more branches all over the Philippines. However they aside the fact that can all the people in the nearest place afford to buy their products thats the reason why other competitors used it as an advantage. The company has also have a high expenses since the new materials used in their production came from the other countries. As a result the higher the cost of their production the higher the price of their products.

PROBLEM 3: LOSES QUALITY CONTORL ON ITS PRODUCT WHEN SHIPPING THEIR PRODUCTS TO EXTERNAL STORE
Some of the ingredients that are used in their product came from the other countries thus adding the tax of the shipment of the ingredient. The shipping of their raw materials takes a lot of time to export in our country thats why the raw materials in making their product is not fresh and some of it loses its quality control as distance and time takes place. In some of the branches they dont have their own manufacturing capability so they took those products on their main manufacturer.
