Dandy Diaper Service is a small business that is owned and ran by Bob Harris. Bob had instant success when he started his diaper business, impart because he ran an aggressive marking campaign. Dandys service is providing diapers, delivered twice weekly to a customers home, washed and sanitized. Over time the development of disposable diapers by big manufacturers came into the market, which has really put a toll on Bobs business. To add to Bobs declining business concerns; the Teamsters union is down his throat. Bob is doing everything in his power to keep the union out of his business. Because of the decline in Bobs business he has been forced to make a small downsize, in which five people were let go.
