Definition of a Hero
My definition of a hero is someone who does what it takes to better the world at their own risk. A hero is someone who faces obstacles with a positive outlook and uses loses as fuel to work harder. But a hero is also an ordinary person facing everyday problems. A hero is humble, kind and brave. A hero doesn’t view themselves as a hero and isn’t egotistical. A hero is someone who risks their lives for the others but knows when to step down.

A hero is someone like a firefighter. A firefighter is someone who risks their lives to save others and goes into burning buildings, often getting hurt. But if you ask a firefighter, they wouldn’t call themselves a hero. They would say they were simply doing their job or doing what was needed. A firefighter isn’t cocky or arrogant. They don’t believe they deserve praise or gifts but believe they are doing good.
