Weakness: because Facebook should though the ads to general revenue, and its ads feature is that it could reach highly targeted audiences based on their demographic information, hobbies and personal preferences, geographical regions, and other narrowly specified criteria in a comfortable and engaging environment. So in the process of the ads, the violation of privacy couldnt be avoided.
Organization: because the original goal of the company is get profit, and the profit of Facebook is from the pertinent ads, which need to collect the personal information, in this way, the target of organization urges the form of the weakness.
Management: in the same way, the management need to respond for the investor, so they need to max the profit of the company, in the other way, they have to balance the profit and the privacy, it means they have to sacrifice a port of privacy to achieve more profit.
Technology: the data mining technology also contribute to the weakness of the policy. Without the data mining technology, we cannot get the useful information in the vast amount of data, and if it could recognize the users information and match the ads need automatically, the weakness of the policy will be decline.
