Details of the development and implementation of the incentive bonuses for managers video store. The problem for the top management of the chain to encourage store managers to “then details” to save the stores neat and well organized, and it politely and effectively with clients. The design of the bonus plan is simple: instead of trying to measure the cleanliness stores or customer service directly, give managers the share of income from the shops, and let them worry about the details for yourself. It ends after a six-month probationary period with a new plan, and leaves the top managers of the chain said that while revenues have increased, the store management has not improved in terms of managing the details.

Was the plan effective?
The plan was not effective made by the president and vice president. Their plan was to give some bonus to the managers and workers so that they can do their work properly. But after some time the president of the company came to know that they are no doing their work properly.
The plan was not effective because, only money cannot motivate a person highly. they need other things to motivate them such as benefits like giving car to the managers, free travelling or it can be share.
Sometimes, more money dmotivate the people. They think they are highly paying person, and they have a lots of money and they do not want to do more work for the money.
Secondly we get the question that,
Should it modified?
I think yes. This plan must be modified. because this plan does not work on the employees. They should think about the plan more broadly. If the plan is not working then it will be just a matter of wasting time and money nothing else. So it should modified and changed.
Then we get another question on, What changes could be incorporated in the plan?
A lots of changes could be plan. such as the president should be give other benefits like cars, home rent, mobile service etc.
