The following need to be taken into account when communicating. The channel of communication; effectiveness of communication depends on the channel of delivery that is used. The channel of delivery depends on the type of message that is to be shared.  Communication can either be verbal, written or use of signs. The completeness of the information should also be taken into account. The information should be complete so as to pass the correct meaning. Incomplete information is a hindrance to effectiveness of the communication process. The message should be précised and to the point and should include the pertinent issue.
Presentation of the message has to be taken into account. The message should not contain much information that would confuse the audience. The presentation should consider the essential facts and put in I away the audience can comprehend. The medium of communication is very important in communication. The messenger should communicate through the right medium. The type of medium used would depend on the volume of the message, type of audience. If an organization wants to pass short and precise information they would use a memo. A detailed discussion can be through a phone call or Skype.What is the difference between argument and persuasion?Persuasion is a polite and series of steps that are geared towards, making other people to believe in something. it is also a  kind of belief or affiliation. Whereas argument is series of statement usually used to make someone a decision by presenting reasons.Is persuasion manipulation?Persuasion isn’t manipulation; persuasion is an act of making people to believe in something new to them and doesn’t take advantage. On the other hand manipulation; is an action to change by artful or biased means so as to serves once purpose. Manipulation is biased as opposed to persuasion that takes into considers the audience’s opinion.
