Procurement Management ApproachThe Project Manager (PM) will be involved in all procurement activities under this project. The PM will work with the project team to identify the all the items to be procured and, will review and approve the procurement list prior to sending it to the procurement department. The procurement department will begin vendor selection and the contracting process.
