So, everything in the language began to change with the introduction of the printing press which allowed the spreading of the language because everyone had access to the language since many publications of books in English appeared. So, the aim of this essay is to show the linguistic changes produced in the English language during this time and how many of these shifts preserved in the language are still used in the current English.
