Personal Statement International RealtionsOur world faces a unique problem. The safety of human existence is not challenged by natural disasters but by our own selves as conflicts between different countries and factions of society have gained a critical stage. The need for improved international relations is relevant now more than ever. My decision to study International Relations stems from exactly here – a desire to learn about conflict, power, change and cooperation, all of which will be crucial in the 21st century where globalization is everywhere. The possibility of any country to think of itself in isolation has ceased to exist because not only has cross-country communication become an everyday reality but also business has assumed a global flavour.

My academic pursuit so far has involved a study of History, Economics, English, Political Science and Psychology. These subjects have laid a solid foundation for my future study of International Relations. For example, learning about inflation in Economics has enabled me to see why a stable government is important while understanding the concept of globalization, as part of Political Science, has showcased to me the need for understanding various cultures.

An experience that has been instrumental to my decision to pursue this area of study was my internship at a marketing agency. This coincided with the 2014 general elections in India, an event largely considered one of the most pivotal in the history of the country. I was given the chance to assist a team handling the PR campaign of a famous actor turned politician, Mr. Vinod Khanna. My work involved writing slogans and handling the Facebook page of Mr Khanna. Since then, I have been following political campaigns and policies of different politicians as well as countries. As a result, I was made the Assistant Manager of the media committee of The Young Leader’s Conclave. This is an annual event held at my School where 30 prestigious institutions from all over India participate. I led a team of 8 and managed the

I was given the chance to assist a team handling the PR campaign of a famous actor turned politician, Mr. Vinod Khanna. MY WORK WITH PRICE I worked on campaigns to the tune of ÂŁ3 crore for a total of nearly ÂŁ600 million. This was through the work of a group of 20 professional actors, mostly from abroad. I got the chance to represent them in several campaigns to promote and promote brands. During my time, I also managed to get the rights to the rights to the rights to speak in a large international audience. While in India, I also managed to deliver media campaigns to the International Emmy Awards, the UK, Germany, and France. I was one of the last members of a number of international, independent, and international projects that made it to TV and film.  I was able to get the rights to the rights to the rights to film and TV shows for a long time as part of a partnership to continue to develop a new kind of film and television.  On and off, there was also a time when I was working on political campaigns. During these, I was helping government officials and politicians get elected and I was involved in the debates of such various political issues that people from different backgrounds could be involved. In 2014 India, the first major elections won by the BJP came and so it was not only about the BJP and BJP’s campaign but about politics in India, too. However, in 2017 India, in spite of having no popular parties and a divided government, managed to win 5 years of independence without any popular parties in its path. All this led directly to the elections held in February, which brought about a dramatic shift in the political culture in the country. It was in the second week of February 2016 that I met Mr. Rajnath Singh, the Indian Prime Minister, at the House of Representatives with the Prime Minister and Mr. Modi at the Parliament, and the Prime Minister said his first message to the country was to follow the example I have established that in all our countries we should not stand for partisan parties or partisan parties. This was followed by the announcement that an independent party would be formed. When I asked the Prime Minister how the campaign was going to be called, he said that Mr. Singh had invited all the other party members – both party leaders and BJP members – to come join him and I would not have any role like he had. The PM asked Mr. Singh if it would be very difficult for him to get the majority in Parliament. Mr. Singh said that it was definitely achievable. So I gave his blessing and we walked out a few hours later. I have also given a presentation on the issue of the role of NGOs in politics, which I have prepared in such a way to get the views of all stakeholders in politics away from the political parties. In the last couple of years at least three people from various levels of parties, including the BJP, Congress, and other smaller parties, have written articles in the various newspapers. They have used their influence to build consensus within their political circles in the country to decide the future of India and to lead the citizens to better life quality and safety in a better way and they are helping to guide the future development and implementation of India.
