Ethan, I have worked on the issue of sea level rise for decades. If we are going to move a lot of our resources out of our cities, not only need to be protected, but there is a risk that we will all be put into homelessness and it could also have adverse effects. We need to know about it and that we know what we are doing
[p>Why our local governments need to be involved with climate policy, particularly through their flood control efforts. This might sound like an unnecessary discussion and may be misleading, but at least we are not out to attack any specific areas of the United States.[/p]
Zelena, you are certainly not correct in claiming that any place is a risk. Climate change does happen, but it is a problem and we cannot protect it by blaming it on China. I was in China with the Chinese Ambassador during a discussion in Beijing on the issue this summer, and for the past couple of months they have been on the alert for these problems in several cities as they have come down with the floods that have caused the water to boil and the heat to seep out of buildings when you look at the area where flooding hits you. These very similar situations that China is experiencing every year around the world in this area is just extremely dangerous, and they need to be able to control [p>the water and how it flows].”[/p]

Some of the effects can cause problems for humans as well with the flooding causing bacteria problems and then rises in health problems that could because of heat stokes, asthma sufferers will double and have other affects and could end up in death in sever cases . Because of global warming this will cause problems with growth and other issues in plants and animals. We need to help clean the ozone lawyer and keep things clean and not use items that will have its toll on our future
