Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: young people should try different jobs before they decide which job or career they will do in the long time.
As the development of our society, there are various kinds of jobs and chances for the young people to make a choice. It is an opportunity for young people who want to find an ideal job and gain more experience to try different jobs before a long time work career. There may be one or two disadvantages of trying different jobs during the work career; however, I believe that there are far more advantages.
First of all, some minor disadvantages of trying different jobs during peoples work career include both a lack of stabilizing and wasting time. For instance, if a person who always changes his jobs, it is common for him to move for one place to another so that the colleagues who work around him are always the new ones and it seems hard to build up his own net of relationship with people. Another drawback of doing different jobs in work career is wasting time. For example, when people decided to change their jobs, they need spend plenty of time to find a new job such as searching the massage on internet or newspaper; whats more, they maybe move heart away from their previous job and finish the job badly.
Even though there may be one or two disadvantage of trying different jobs in work career, the advantage far overweight them. By trying various jobs during peoples career, they will gain more experience than others who dont do that. That because there are different characters in different jobs. Taking myself for example, I have done different jobs such as teacher, guider, librarian, and assistant in a company. To be a teacher, I need to learn the method of teaching students and make myself knowledgeable; to be a guider, I learned how to communicate with different person and how to deal with the things that happened in a sudden; to be a assistant, I improved my social skill in connecting with different managers. In conclusion, trying different jobs, people not only gain plenty of experience but also improve their social capability.
Another advantage of trying different jobs is that young people will have more chances to find their ideal job. Before experience difference jobs, nobody knows which job is right for him to do. A man named Ma Yun must be a good example to prove that. Ma Yun establishes the largest online trade company called Alibaba. Before his achievements, he has done a lot of jobs, such as a teacher and a public servant. Both of the two jobs he did well, however, he didnt like them. So he decided to establish the online trade company and he succeed. Although not everyone is Ma Yun, each of us has our own dream, and we try different jobs will give ourselves an opportunity to make it come true.
Above all, although I agree that there are may be a couple of disadvantages of trying different jobs
