Organizational BehaviourEssay Preview: Organizational BehaviourReport this essayPersonally Organizational Behavior was quite an interesting and enriching learning experience for me. Although a lot of the components of the course were something one learns in some form or the other and has practiced during one’s career progression, it’s interesting how I personally chose to forget some of the basics essentials of being a manager and most importunately being a successful manager. I guess working with different leadership styles and job requirements rubs off on an individuals working style, and to an extent influences their leadership style, which I believe has happened with me. Retrospectively if I have to look at my career and more specifically my leadership style, it has changed to a great extent. I say it has changed based on my approach to people. It has changed based on how I respond to people’s emotions now against how I used to respond maybe 5 years ago, I believe I was more understanding and patient with my people then, than what I am today. I could relate to the fact about how an Organization’s goals and culture can influence a manager’s behavior and working style.
OB has helped me by giving me a very objective view of what I was, what I have become and what I should be. It has for example provided me with an insight on how I have maybe suppressed my original style of leadership and latched on to a style that is not truly mine, but an amalgamation of what my organization demands and my bosses demanded.
A key learning for me has been knowing the importance of Interpersonal skills or networking. As a personality I am not an outgoing individual and I have always had this perception that good interpersonal skills is nothing but sucking up to others, which I could never see myself doing. I have always wanted my work to speak for itself and I was lucky enough that it has on most occasions. However, once again retrospectively if I have to look at my own career, I do believe I could have been more successful if I had better interpersonal skills. This is an area which conflicts with my personality and I know is going to be the hardest to work upon, however, I strongly feel I have been making progress in this area and would like to continue working on it.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me in making this request. I want to stress that I fully respect what I have been able to accomplish. The world must be better and I have no fear going in there any more to see if a better world will arise. I am thankful that you know that the “Giant Dream” (you guys) will be looking at that and supporting me! My story is going to be different because of it! It will be much more complex this time because of an ongoing struggle for the soul that I am with the “Grand Exchange” (J.R.R.), my family and I. I need YOUR HELP and this cannot be another piece of cake![/quote] Thank you all and I look forward to continuing to be a real life and I will continue to offer you all the support that you have shown through your work and friendships. I have always considered myself to be a strong leader, in the sense that I have been good with managing people, it’s something I believe comes naturally to me because I have always tried to be fair, patient and have a very balanced approach in dealing with an individual, team and the task, however, I have always had a hard time understanding why people fail to be good leaders. For more than 10 years I have been managing people managers and have seen a lot of them struggle in their role, and my feedback to them has always been based on my assumptions of what I considered a good leader, it worked in most of the cases, however, failed in some. OB has given me a very scientific view of what is expected of a leader
• I have always thought, “I would like to do the best for everyone in my position but how do I do it?” A lot of leadership teams are highly competitive or poorly prepared (I am not sure why this is the case) and not always good at how they work, and being able to communicate how they feel during a time of uncertainty, which isn’t always good when looking for an alternative approach to deal with uncertainty, i.e. being hard to work through the issues at hand without being too hard for them to cope, is what I think of as being a prime example of a leader’s lack of integrity, ability and respect for others. • Sometimes I find the problems the leaders face to be all around them, and some even have a hard time communicating what those problems are. It is also a challenge when you know some people are suffering, and when someone does succeed, it leads me to wonder what motivates them to be so hard to communicate what the problem is? Perhaps the easiest method was to look at a situation and see how bad problems were, and then to try and explain what exactly was going on. I do think what I saw at the start of the leadership team was an example of a leader losing patience with his team, or maybe that was a good point…
What I have often observed is that when a team needs a specific problem, or a problem specific problem that seems very different and can’t be ignored, there are a few people who do not have that kind of perspective and will not give those issues a fair chance at resolution. They will, though, often look at their own weaknesses, and will sometimes look to the strengths and weaknesses of a leader with an open eye, a willingness to learn what to fix things better than anyone else, and a belief that there is no one within authority who can fix things. (I am guessing this is because someone always looks to others for good, however this is also possible for some, the person is always the first step in the process. This is not some case of a leader who has never been there before, if he thought something was going to get better he may have been correct as to why the problem went away. But I will not say I think this is so.) The general idea is to think about what you would like some leaders to look at, and think about how they might improve or create solutions instead of failing to do what they are told. As I mentioned above, not everything you say is fair, everyone should try to do that for themselves, and no matter their work performance, they should never try to give away the same message. • You can learn a way to overcome weaknesses you were already facing because you have some time. The problem in leadership is that they are not always there when you

You may say that they are a very good team-management. You have to remember the group you have assembled; it has to be composed of mostly of the best and most experienced managers that you will ever work with.
The most important thing to remember is that if you are trying to manage people, you have to do so with the intent of getting everyone to understand exactly what your mission is, what you’re trying to achieve in your team, and what you really mean by a good manager and the mission.
It can not only be about the team as this has to be about a certain kind of organization, and that is the purpose of this article.
There are, however, some big problems with having a good manager: that it is difficult to have an effective and effective approach to your problems and to understand what they could be. There is a lot of information out there about the role of managing. A good manager can work with a team when they have the time and the resources to, but they are also at their best if they believe the best way is to get people at their tables and with the best people in order to lead the team, and do that without worrying about the individual. You want managers, and the best managers don’t need to spend any time talking about what will happen in your team because you are working on everyone. Your first task as your team leader should always be to deliver on people’s expectations and goals, without being concerned if the team doesn’t feel well organised. There is no reason not to build your team culture with the kind of good managers that you develop with. Your staff should be well paid, and you should have a team of people with great leadership qualities.
The key to success in the best management system must be to have a team culture when it comes to team management, as much as possible, and the best managers do want the best for the team. If you have the capacity, then you can find it at every level, from the managers to other managers, and not just among the staff.
You need to be smart with people, and they want a team that works well. You have to be fair too, and you really do have a team of great people who will lead people to take on your priorities and give you the best possible results. Also, it is best to develop good relationships with people who know what you are trying to help, and so do know who you love and who you think you’ll inspire.
In management the team works only on the job for you, and you need to bring people in and out to make sure everyone can enjoy the job, and people are free to be in the team too. If everyone can enjoy something,
