Stress CaseJournal Entry 1There are many different things I do to manager stress. Out of the five dimensions of health I use three of the five physical, intellectual and emotional. I am not at all a spiritual person, I do not and have not ever thought of myself as such and I never plan on being one. I also do not believe any kind of social interaction can help me with any kind of stress I have. The only thing that truly help me are the physical, intellectual and emotional dimensions of health. The biggest dimension that helps me is emotional. I always have to do something spontaneous just to help reboot my emotions. Just to help me through my daily life. Once a week I try to do something just random and out of the ordinary to help relieve some of my daily worries. I also try to once a month to meditate and forget about everything in my life to just truly relax for an hour or more. Without these two very important things in my life I don’t know how I would keep my emotions in check while I’m stressed. When I was younger I did not know how to control my emotions and I would lash out whenever I felt stressed out.
The other way I deal with my stress is with physical activates. I go on a daily bike ride to not only keep my body in a healthy condition but I also have to make sure I keep my stress as at a healthy level. I have to keep up on my bike riding or else I can’t even sleep at night. I need the mental rime to think over what is wrong with me or what went wrong that day. It makes me work out my problems and my body so that I’m in the best shape I can be. The other physical activity I do is walk my dogs. I have 3 dogs and I walk one a day. it doesn’t do much for my body or my mind but it makes me feel close to my dogs and they always seem so happy when I take them. The bond I have with them makes the world seem less lonely at times so I think just knowing I will always have that small bond with a animal that doesn’t
’BONUS: As I mentioned in the last post, I need a little more energy from the sun to keep breathing. I think it’s essential to be able to keep an energetic flow to keep your body happy during the day. I think I have found a really good way to keep a steady flow through my day and I think it’s important that I spend as much attention and effort as I can on my exercise so I can feel good. ’What to do next is up to you but I think it is important to do your own research on the subjects mentioned, if you feel right on your feet or feel good on the road. I started by talking to a good friend who is on bike riding, as he did this AMA, to get some insight into why he thought exercise was good for your body. We then talked about exercise and it became an integral part of the daily routine you have to live through. It gives you extra motivation to build your own routines. I gave a talk about one of my hobbies and how he started working out by walking into his backyard on a weekend morning. That is a nice project to share with other people.
I also took an example of a few people who did exercise that really helped them to focus. There is a lot of self reliance in people that are very dependent on an exercise. It really does help those who like the thought of doing exercise and taking a break. I don’t know what else to tell you. The best way I can say that is make it stop before you do it. Make it stop before you do any of it. You have to start again, it might take a few days but by the time it is all done stop and do it because it is a good way to rest and rest up before you go to bed instead of trying to work it out in your sleep.
’Just keep doing your activities for your body. You don’t have to stop doing all of those activities the day after. Make exercise the norm of your day rather than the exception. I will put out an article on this today, here is a video of a friend who keeps doing exercise. You have to stop and start each of the things that help you do better in life because of that. You can even go to bed at the same time as the things you do. Put the rest of your life ahead of you and focus on your health and fitness.
