My research shows that people of America culture prefer playing baseball, while people of South America culture prefer basketball. They all use and prefer different ways to stay on shape or just to have fun, They use different ways to be an active person. People of different ages like to do different sports, different activities, they use different things and have different rules. In my research I interviewed three people from different cultures and here it is what they answered.
The first person I interviewed was a young boy from Bahamas, with 18 years old ; I asked him what activity he does daily? What sport he prefers to play? & if he does any extra exercise or diet to be on shape. His answers were; He goes running everyday for 30 to 45 minutes in the afternoon, He prefers to play baseball mostly but also basketball And he works out weekly for example he does push ups and sit ups to be in shape. He told me he goes almost everyday to his friend house in bicycle which is also a way to exercise.
For the second person I asked the same questions , it was a girl from Colombia of 14 years old ; She told me she doesnt have a routine of exercises or does any activity that would help her be on shape and healthy but sometimes skating once in a while; I concluded that she is not of a active person. She loves football and even though she doesnt play it constantly its the only game where she actually have fun. She doesnt do any extra exercise other than walking her dog for 5 to 10 minutes.
Last but not least I interviewed a men from Peru of 28 years old ; He told me he goes to the gym 3 days for week and do all kinds of exercise with his coach there; He likes Basketball and plays it every weekend at the park with his friends but he also like soccer and go for it sometimes. Other than that He goes running every morning for a while just to keep in shape and be healthly.
As a Conclusion you can see that these people coming from different places and cultures like to do different things but the majority of them have something in common and its that they like to stay in shape and have fun at the same time, they all like sports and do some extra activity daily either walk or run. I believe every single one of us have different ways to see and to manage our own athletic performance.
