Despite the way that that organization are using both the internal and external procedures for recruitment for contracting new employees however which method is more helpful for the association is inspected in this report and I also confronted different steps  of human resource planning and recruitment policies.IntroductionJob analysis suggests the strategy of gathering information around a job. Specifically  it suggests the life structures of the job. Job analysis is operated in the wake of advancing job just. It contains job substance.(Franklin, 2005)For example, what are the obligations of a manager, grade II, what negligible information, aptitudes and capacities are important to have the capacity to sufficiently perform this job? How do this necessities for a manager, grade II, contrast and those for a manager, grade I? These are the issues that job analysis answers. (Mondy, 2013)
