I have since devoted 12 years in the industry, of which 8 years with ABC , spanning a large variety of domains from Operations, Knowledge Management and Business Development. As an Operations manager I build a team to serve ABC in communication design offshoring, first of its kind. During my years there, my team and I packaged the ABC Annual and Quarterly reports that were circulated to media and investors across the globe.
In 2016, I was leading the business development function for 1200+FTE Insurance Operations. That year we achieved 200 + FTE growth in Insurance Operations especially identify and delivering BPO services to new markets such as Allianz Australia.
