The first cause is the psychological factors, some emotional characteristics may contribute to anorexia, and young women may have obsessive and compulsive personality traits that make it easier to stick to strict diets and sacrifice food despite being hungry. They may have an extreme drive for perfectionism, which means they may never think they’re thin enough, so according to Mental Health center most of the people who developed anorexia share certain psychological factors and help define their personality and their behavior, they attend towards depression and anxiety, poor reaction to stress, excessive worrying and feeling scared or doubtful about the future, perfectionism they setting strict and demanding goals, and the feelings of obsession and compulsion (Boots,WebMD.com). The second cause is family and social pressures, in this situation the family attitudes may contribute to the risk of a child or teen evolving an eating disorder, and these disorders may be higher un families that focus on high achievement, emphasize being perfect, worry about being socially accepted also these happens all the time and is the people who has a eating disorder like anorexia they worry to be like others, I mean to look skinny and not to be fat an to finally to be accepted in a socially way, and another thing is that young people who develop eating disorders often have a close but troubled relationship with their parents. The third Cause is the environmental factors nowadays the young girls want to look like at the celebrities or models who they see in magazines, runways, and of course on TV; These modern culture emphasizes thinness, and the media are splashed with a lot of images of thin models or celebrities, and success and worth are often equated with being thin.  Another facts are according to NHS inform, the people a stressful life event, such as losing a job or a relationship, bereavement, pressures and stress at school, such as exams or bullying, difficult family relationships and physical or sexual abuse.
