Scrum TemplatesINTRODUCTIONIn today’s time for efficient and effective product outcome organization has moved from waterfall to agile project methodology using the Scrum masters. In this assignment, overall types of scrum templates have been discussed. There are also different types of scrum meeting templates being shown which are mostly used in organization by the product owner and project managers to get a better outcome of the project.PRODUCT BACKLOG[pic 1]The above screenshot refers to product backlog. This scrum report helps the managers to manage and keep a check based on the priority for the user stories. It includes important specifications of the contract resources and other contract information. Before the starting of the project the project manager of the company is responsible for maintaining the product backlog as per the users priotization.
SPRINT BACKLOG[pic 2]The sprint backlog is a list of all tasks which are identified by the scrum team that have to be completed during the Sprint time. This is a cyclic process in order to lead the product in an efficient manner.
