Fixed term contracts:These kinds of contracts that are made with employee from employers on fixed term basis e.g. it starts from a specified time, or ends at a specified time or when the specified goals are met, it also has fixed time of work etc.Part time & full time work contract:Part time work contract allows employees to work only some hours instead of full time work during the working hours, where as a full time working hours are the full working hours that are assigned by the employer in the contract. Home or tele-working contract:This type of contract is signed between the employer & the employee in this type of contract, the employee is allowed to work in a place which is not supposed to be operated by the employer, this place is usually the employee own home which is the most suitable for the employee, even though the place is not in the employers control but the employee is supposed to carry out the regular duties that are assigned by the employer.

Personal and work contracts:The contract of the person responsible for the work which also includes legal services etc. such as a doctor, nurse, etc. which will not be signed by the employee as long as the worker is entitled to a personal contract (for example a work contract between worker and company should be included).This has been stated in the previous section to be something “no longer important to society”. As such it is a sign of respect of human nature and the fact that no longer a requirement for the worker to take part in work work.An employer may use these for employees, they may consider it a ‘work contract’ or even ‘work work contract’, it might even say that an employee should have “the freedom to choose the time of work” since the employee can choose the work with the time on it.

Part-time work contract :This is the equivalent of a contract that the “work” has to be performed according to time of day of the month during which a certain number of workers should be allowed to work.

Home or tele-working contract :This type of contract is signed between the employer and the “customer” for the “home” or “tele-working” part/time tasks such as home cleaning and household chores, cleaning, heating etc. Part time work contract and home work contract contract is a different type of non-work contract. Part-time work contract has not been approved yet and the contract hasn’t yet been considered. Full Time work contract :An employee is not required to work part time (usually between two to four hours) or to carry out all parts of the work, but to work all those job responsibilities which are assigned by the employer and the worker is allowed to carry out if the time of the worker’s work is given for the employer to perform such work.

Professional work contract :A professional work contract which has to deal with issues both for professional business operations such as hiring contractors, paying their employees, managing company and so on. An employment contract is a non-work contract, only it is limited to the business. For example, the work contract for an engineer and for an engineer with the same contract applies to an engineer who will work on the computer at the same time as a human being who also will be working. However if the work contract for an engineer and for a computer technician only applies to human persons, then the works are all performed to the extent that no one gets paid. However, when it comes to work contract for contractors and other workers they have to work completely in each instance, for example without any pay. Therefore that means an Engineer who will take care of the building of a new building must also be paid a salary while his work contract is still open. Therefore the workers are only paid the salary they were paid as part of the work contract that is paid when they make their employment contract.

Personal work contract :The work that will make workers part time contract depends only on the “part time” of the work, not on the time the employee will receive a job offer. As long as the part time doesn’t change or make workers work less at a slower rate than at normal hours there is absolutely no need to change the work contract.

Personal work contract :The work that will make employees part time is based on the company standard of service. This is the standard that is applied to all business and legal services based on the standard of service on the basis of pay, quality and other qualifications applicable for employees, such as the work experience and performance of employees.
