A special thanks to my friends Mya Mya Lwin and Eaindra Minn for sharing their time and support to me.IntroductionI think this course was for the most part organized than other course. From taking this course, I have learned that my preferred learning style is visual. I learn best from reading the material and seeing charts and graphics. I am happy this different teaching and learning style from previous course because the professor very systematic teaching and everyday professor mentioned his schedule of topics. The professor can teach a lesson and that lesson reflect upon it to make the changes or begin reflection after the unit has been taught to make improvements. The professor explores why the students acted a certain way, what happened during lesson and how to do practicing organization development in our organization. After learning the course, when I change the way I see myself, I treat my personal priorities with the same level of importance as I do external demands. I set my sights on what I have to contribute, on what I want to make happen, on how I want to lead and inspire others. I was looking for answers that went beyond what we refer to as leadership skills, competencies and behaviors and reached deep into the very mind of leader.
