Dear Mr. and Mrs. Dryden:
Thank you for using our services for the past six months. It has been a pleasure working with your family.
Over the past six months since Brice has entered Kinder Kids our facility has expanded drastically and our reputation has grown higher then we could have ever expected. As the enrollment manager of the center I have encountered a problem that I have never dealt with since I began working here eight years ago and that is expelling a child from our child care facility.
Brice is such an intelligent and independent young man, that he tends to do most things on his own. This is a great quality I find in him, and I commend you on how you have brought up such a diligent child. Although, Brice has a problem getting along with the other children, which is something that we have discussed in prior conferences. I have tried every approach to correct his behavior, but nothing seems to work. Instead, it just gets worse.
Since our last conference there have been several situations in which Brice has displayed his refusal to accept proper behavior at Kinder Kids. Such incidents include causing a child to require stitches. This type of behavior has caused much upset to the parents of the other children in the center. This has led me to the decision of releasing Brice into your daily care in hopes of improvement in his behavior.
Please let us know how we can assist you in the future. We wish you the best of luck and encouragement and success for you and Brice. If you have any questions, please call me directly.
Sincerely,
Kathryn Taylor
Enrollment Manager
