Alberta Environment has introduced the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Guideline for upstream Oil and Gas sites. Completion of the form accompanying this Guideline is required for all well sites and small upstream petroleum facilities on all lands to be assessed for reclamation certification as of July 1, 2001.
