As I prepared for this speech I couldnt help but think of how I got to where I am today. The first thing that popped into my head was how much my parents put a lot of thought, and care, and lest we forget, money into my education. They always stressed that school came first.
Marquettes mission to promote a life of faith, and the development of leadership, is one reason I choose to be apart of the Marquette community. This university has taught me things that I not only will use for my career but for the balance in my life. I dont have a doubt in my mind that I will be successful in all of my future endeavors and I owe a great deal of that confidence to the faculty of this amazing university.
To my classmates, I want to extend a wish that all of you strive for a better future. Weve heard it time and time again that getting ahead in this world is all that matters. But do we want to succeed in a world where thousands are homeless and where children have to be fingerprinted in case they disappear? If you are like me, your answer is no. So what can we do about it? How can we shape the world to become much better? We are a unique class that can change the world for the better. As I look at you, the words successful and Fortune 500 come to mind, but I recommend you find a balance of career, family, love, and faith. Barbara Bush once said, “At the end of your life you will never regret not having passed one more test, not winning one more verdict, or not closing one more deal. You will regret time not spent with a husband, a child, a friend, a parent.”
I have found love, but time has shown me it is a long, hard road. It is not easy, but it’s rewarding. For people who live in poverty, a job, and a paycheck are the best options. But while you may have to walk the long road, you can still build your way home. Your parents and siblings are also going through this as well. We share the same passions, aspirations, and needs: We love being a part of your life. The good news is you can, and does, do anything. For the rest of us, our families are the most important component of the story.„
I have heard of people who have not always received the “job” they wanted. They still want to live in this world, but do not see it in the full sense. Or more often than not, they see it as a “real job” or a waste. For some, a year of study and school can be a blessing and a curse, like a job that is difficult and has no real prospect of being fulfilled and, then, many times, not getting your degrees for the first time. But many of us can’t. We’re not alone on this. There are many men struggling, and I’m proud that many of them made it at “real” job as you speak. Many of you know of individuals who lost the hope that might be there when your day comes — but many more will never make the leap. And few of you know of those like Michelle who went on to become more successful than most people today. It’s amazing that every one of them did. Many more will have to go on, and some will just need a few more years of professional development in order to get where they want to be. But you cannot count on all of us making this change. And this is where those who want a better world can succeed. Those of us who are working at the job that was promised a thousand years ago can’t do this with the past. Many of us won’t be able to achieve that change — but we do have the skills to do so. You and I will try, and we’ll put in the time.́
We are a small but united group of people who share the same values: Respect for others, respect for your place in society, and the hard work we put into each other’s lives. We will try to do the same with every situation, so please learn from our mistakes, learn lessons you’re going to need — and if these mistakes are as bad as they seem, we’re not giving up. We will not let them dictate our direction, our work, our family. We are a small but united group of folks who share these same values. And we will go on doing what is best for these people. While we are happy to talk and share our perspectives, we want your help to help make change much more possible for you and your family. What this means for your future: Many of you will make great things and are proud and proud of us so we can do things like change our way of life again. I hope that what you’re seeing today — you’ve been through this before — serves as a reminder of how we work together. We always have.

All we care about is winning tournaments, taking action, getting help from others, getting recognition for ourselves, and winning back all we have. We can never beat you, and you must work hard to keep up your high standards. This year was very important for our group at the very end, in helping to save your kids in this difficult time. We are proud to have done a lot to help them succeed. Thank you for your work.
Many people have been through a tough time before this, and we appreciate all you have done, but we want you to take responsibility for your own success. For us, being in this position can be extremely rewarding. All you do are your own personal responsibility and you will continue to work hard to make sure that you are valued and cared for and that you are being heard and treated fairly throughout the community. These two qualities together will serve you to your own advantage when you work as hard as you can in this role.

I’m so glad that we had any chance to get to see together this year.
Just as I would for a dinner, I’ve found a way to talk, talk, talk to people who want to help change this country.
We are all here and we’re going to put our differences aside and think about all the different ways in which we could be better for all.
And,
I hope that at this year’s event, we can both become a stronger generation, that we will fight for our shared vision for our country, that we can create a better future for this country and that we will build a better life for our grandchildren,
and those who were forced to leave this country.

On Saturday night, President Obama arrived in Atlanta, Georgia, to meet with all elected officials and others of the Atlanta Hawks. He is known for his passion for community development, and the energy shown by Atlanta-area workers, who have come together to build community, education, and jobs in this region:
President Obama arrived there to give a speech.
On Wednesday he was joined by members of the Atlanta Hawks’ executive board on the way to the event, which consisted of the players who were in the room. Many of us were happy with the fact that this historic meeting didn’t take place in the comfort of our own home, but rather were joined by our employees at the event. All of this is part of what happened to us.
And we are grateful.
We thank you for joining us.
We all look up to you.
We all strive to create a better and more prosperous life for our people, a better nation, and our children.
We all love you all.
