This is a critical thinking book that will be of greatest importance in your organization. The basic ideas of basic critical thinking are:

3. Working collaboratively with multiple other persons.

Each of the main points of this book provides useful advice in both theory and practice. For me the book gives all of the basics that my team and I know, along with some information about the various areas of the major problem solving and creative thinking I need to develop, as well as strategies that I would normally need to implement in a more specific way.

First of all, I will show you the first method:

1. Developing a good working relationship with your team leaders.

Here’s the first two steps:

1. Create a good working relationship with your team leaders.

When you’re in the business and you’re about to discuss work matters with your team leaders, think about how it could benefit your team.

Think about what it would change in terms of how long it would be going to take each person to complete. What would it mean for your organization to continue working with members who already share your philosophy…or who are using that philosophy with you?

And think about the first two steps:

2. Add value to your team.

It’s not always possible to improve the quality of your team’s work as opposed to just sharing how their work is better than yours. I know this is a personal topic for me, but the general gist of it is that your team is better for doing things better as you approach it. They are better for doing things the right way, without your meddling.

We already covered what it would mean to contribute to your team by doing what you consider to be valuable. This will definitely help you in identifying what value is assigned to your products or services.

In the next chapter of the article, we’ll create a framework that would allow you to make sure that your project is done right.

2. In what ways do you act differently in a face-to-face meeting than you do during a telephone conference call?A telephone conference call is very different than a face-to-face meeting. When you are in a telephone conference call you dont dress professionally or even act professionally. In a face-to-face meeting you are forced to dress appropriately and act appropriately because everyone else in the meeting is able to see you. You cant be still in your bed on your PJs because that would be very unprofessional; you cant mute the call and talk to someone else because everyone will notice.

3. Why is written communication essential in some situations (such as conveying specifications), while oral communication is essential in others (such as technology interchange transfers)?

Written communication is essential conveying specification because it makes it easier for the receiver to follow the specifications and the steps if any because everything is written down, while oral communication is essential in others. When Transferring Technology you are also transferring knowledge and skills which are better captured by example or hands-on-training.

4. What listening hurdles do you find yourself facing as you listen to others? How do you handle it when you believe someone youre speaking to is not hearing what you say?

My main obstacle when I listen to others is simply concentrating in what they are telling me. Most of the time I am so busy with work, school, family, and the household that my mind is always running. I am always thinking what am I going to make for dinner, how is my baby doing in daycare, when is my next work order due, I have to study for my quiz. I have to make myself pay close attention and not allow my mind to take off, it is a little of will power with self control.

Usually when I talk to my husband and he is either playing video game or watching T.V and I feel that he is not hearing I take him aside from whatever is distracting him. If he is watching T.V I wait for the commercials to come along. In
