Teaching Philosopy Each teacher has his or her own way of instructing and it is also the same with teaching philosophies. Some teachers are more into the Essentialism which is teaching your students in the “traditional” method. Another philosophy method is Perennialism which is similar to essentialism but it’s different because they organize their teaching.
