How decision making effect on the organization and how ethical behavior add values to the organization, there are described in this paper. For demonstrating these practice, some real organization like Ford Motor Corporation and Microsoft Corporation have been assessed with ethical behavior. In this diverse and complex marketplace, proper control of business activities can increase profitability. Leadership plays a vital role in maintaining the workforce. In this paper I have demonstrated different style and the impact of leadership.In addition, I have focused on decision making practice in recent age. As a manager, business coordinators can contribute a lot in achieving business objectives. In making the decision effectice, organization have to conduct various ethical dictions. This paper clearly indicats the ethical behavior of different organization.Finally, I recommend some qualities for leaders in decision making through ethical practice. If leaders can achieve those skills and qualities, business will be more profitable. There are many theories regarding this matter. What matters most is the application of theories in practical life. Leaders are expected to show ethical behavior while making important decision making regarding the business. Ethics and showing ethical behavior are the subject matters of many studies like leadership. 2.0 LeadershipOrganization practices various ways to motivate and control employee for effective performance (Gomez, 2004). Only successful leaders can conduct effective influence on them for achieving organizational goals. Leadership is a process of influencing others to work enthusiastically toward achieving organizational goals and objectives. It is something that someone organizes, manage, direct, control to achieve organizational goals by some specific power is called leadership. It is influencing, supporting, voluntary efforts. Without leadership, an organization would be without driver of a car. Maximum output using people on the organization depends on effective leadership. Leadership is a vital part of management process (Kane, 2000). The cognitive and psychological factors are also vital traits of a leader. Technical skill means to a person’s knowledge of ability to do any type of process or technique. Human skill refers to the ability of a person to work effectively with people to build group work to achieve to achieve organizational goal. Conceptual skill refers the ability to think ideas, models, frames etc. to get best output.
