Code of Ethic:
The purpose of a code of ethics is to promote the honest and ethical conduct of our employees. Our company strives to maintain the highest ethical standards in all of its business dealings and activities. This company has been built on honesty and high ethical standards, and we value this greatly. Any attempts by employees to achieve results by violating laws, rules or regulations or through unscrupulous dealings as bribery, kickbacks, and similar unethical practices will not be tolerated.
In general, if it does not “feel right”, it probably isnt!
As a valued employee, you have a duty of loyalty to the company. Our company strives to maintain full compliance with all the laws, rules, and regulations. If you are in doubt as to whether your actions comply with applicable laws, you should consult with your direct superior and/or a member of the companys legal team.
Employees must report acts of unethical behavior in good faith. From time to time, an employee may attempt to hard another with false accusations, malicious rumors, or other irresponsible actions. Such attempts anyone found guilty of these actions with be subject to discipline action and/or termination.

I think that the number one item for improvement would be training and feedback. With proper training and effective feedback and criticism employees have a longer and more fulfilling career with companies. In addition to becoming stronger and more responsible employees through training and feedback provided by the company or through formal learning. When a companys employees are trained properly and are given positive and negative feedback it reinforces exactly what the company is looking for from its employees. With proper training employees will be more effective and the company will be more profitable as a result.
The next area would be pay and benefits. With timely reviews and the option to have benefits it can improve employee relations and make people value their position with the company even more. With the scarcity of good jobs that actually offer benefits, those that do have them value the company even more. Regular pay increases and performance appraisals, employees can know what
