Ethical issue within American organizations does not invest enough within support of cross cultural training of management on assignment overseas. Managers in the United States work in Multinational Corporation have international experience such as china’s industries. Some expatriates have little guidance, goals, and expectations to their job. Issues arise because lack of training contributes to confusion. To put the despair of ethical issues behind them and move forward on a positive note would be to implement cross cultural training effectively by improving relationships with nationals makes for a better understanding and adjustment to a different culture.

Another ethical issue is proficiency within the foreign language. Foreign language training improves the experience of foreign language communication. Most importantly communicative language and contribution provides for productive international relationship including non English speakers doing business in countries of English as the primary language.

In the larger realm recognizing and dealing with ethical issues goes beyond cultural training in regards to business, beliefs, and practice is crucial. The manager should be prepared to recognize these ethical issues will take place in fastidious business environment. The treatment of employees is more of an issue in a culture whereas bribes are common ethical issue in another culture. The expatriate manager must be available to help make ethical issues clear.

Another is negotiating across cultures, business growing within foreign trade including inner reorganizational arrangements. A successful negotiator requires sensitivity, understanding and effective communication skills within the international environment.
