Annie Dillard Essay Ð- Option Two
The best part of waking up is walking outside and taking a deep breath of fresh morning air. As I stroll out the door I pause a moment and I breathe. After all, I have a Spanish exam to take today, and exams arent as easy as they may appear to be. Sure, its only a few pieces of paper with a little bit of printer ink on it, but all the same, it is intimidating.
I approach the school and I see a few familiar faces. I have attended this school since kindergarten. Almost every day for the past nine years I have walked inside that school and heard my feet tapping quietly on the linoleum flooring. I have known ZoД« for nine years so it is very difficult to disagree with anything she does. We befriended each other when we were about three feet tall, so she is one of my closest friends. She has a life that almost everyone wants because she has a very positive attitude about everything, she is a good student, and she excels in performing arts. These are the only reasons that I perceive her as “perfect”. She isnt rude or cruel, shes very nice and she has excellent morals. She always helps people, and thats
