2.0 EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

2.1 Pro Forma Invoice
Pro Forma Invoice is presented to the importers by exporters for payment of goods prior to their dispatch. It is represents the details of an international sale to customs authorities. This document is for custom purposes and the advance payment whether is partial or full payment.
2.2 Commercial Invoice
Commercial invoice is describing the commercial transaction between the exporters and importers.
