2.0 EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

2.1 Pro Forma Invoice
Pro Forma Invoice is presented to the importers by exporters for payment of goods prior to their dispatch. It is represents the details of an international sale to customs authorities. This document is for custom purposes and the advance payment whether is partial or full payment.

2.2 Commercial Invoice
Commercial invoice is describing the commercial transaction between the exporters and importers. Although there is no standard format, however the document must include a few specific pieces of information such as the parties involved in the shipping transaction, the goods being transported, the country of manufacture, and the codes for those goods. At the same time, it must include a statement certifying that the invoice is true with a signature.

2.3 Bill of Lading
Bill of Lading is a document of title issued by shipper to a carrier. and it functions as an acknowledgement of receipts of good at a name port to a legal holder. This form is recording the quantity and description of the goods to be shipped to the export country. It consists of the goods that being shipped, the title of the goods and the evidence of a contact by the company to carry the goods.

2.4 Airway Bill
An Airway Bill is a non-negotiable transport document, we can also say that it is quite similar to a bill of lading for the transportation of air freight. It consists of the basic details of the cargo, exporters name and address and the services required, such as special insurance arrangements. At the same time, Airline will prepares the airway bill to the exporter which is receipt from the Airline acknowledging that it has received the form.

2.5 Export Declaration
Export declaration is issued by freight forwarder and it is a standardized export document for the exporter wishing to ship goods abroad containing compliance, administrative and statistical information. Government need this form whenever the value of the shipment exceeds a certain minimum amount or a duty drawback is claimed.

2.6 Export Permit
