Moreover, through the integration with other services such as Spotify, it helped making Facebook more popular since they need to register into the applications with their Facebook accounts. In this way, social data about what the users do online can be received by Facebook. Thus, the company will be able to target its advertisements to the customers when selling on and off the site.

Mark Zuckerberg has been holding this set of principles, by insisting on continuous improvement and iteration on building. This assists Facebooks approach to innovation, organization, management and training. With this principle, employees in the firm can feel more directed, which can contribute to the ultimate goals of Facebook.
