Everyone has a favorite food type or meal that they like whether its a home cooked meal, cooked traditional food, restaurant or fast food. Every meal in my opinion should be one that is healthy with a smaller portion of food and less fat. Regardless what every person in their own way would consider as their meal, a healthy meal is the right choice. Organic meals I would say would be my favorite meal. Organic meals are naturally grown from farms with no preservatives added in them. For instance, salad, organic bread, and cheese are some more known organic foods.
They are very healthy meals that I know would not hurt me in the long term. Many of the reasons why I love organic meals are; for the most part before I hit the age of thirty I do not want to get any serious illness such as heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes etc. The principle guide in my meal is to eat small portions, with vegetables in all the food I eat and drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration in my body. This will keep my body looking good, healthy, skin glowing and ready to be on the go, all the time. Many of my friends and some people in my family find many of my food choices disgusting because they consider it to have no taste and flavor, and not as appetizing like the food they eat.
I have concluded that eating organic meal does not only make myself happy as a person but it will also help me live longer and healthier. There are several individuals who live to be old but are constantly in pain and suffering from heart issues; as far as I am aware, organic food will provide me a well beaten heart even at an older age. Overall, it will extend my life and let me eat organic food that I choose to eat, all day. Although it may not taste as great as traditionally cooked food and may lack the ingredients of a restaurant food, the benefits it will provide for me and my health far exceeds those of other meals such as fast food, restaurant food, etc
