My First Interviewmy first interview..After graduation all the problems starts to get the career straighten up. Start applying for the jobs in which we’re looking up to build up career. The most stress part comes is the interview. All the beginners have the curiosity as well as the nervousness in our mind for the interview session. Its the time where not only your resume will speak for you, but also your nick of time ability to shower your knowledge with confidence and lots of positivist.
I had been in my life through many of these nervous sessions. At my first, trust me no matter how outspoken or confident you are, you just tend to goof up at least a couple of questions asked by the interviewee. After so many failures at my job interview I was very upset, had no hopes, but I gradually learned getting apprehensive about its just like losing the battle at the initial point itself. It so happened then I suddenly got a call from a very famous finance company for an interview. I was thrilled as night before the interview I wished badly that any how no matter what I need that job. I was prepared to give my best for my dream job.
I went there with all positive energy and made up my mind to get kind of my dream job, so I went early before appointed time and was interviewed first as no other candidates were there. I was called in for interview inside. The office looked perfect professional. The lady who was taking me through the managers cabin was making me aware about the companys history. The interview started as Mr. Gould, Executive Manager, came by. He was a very smart and interesting person indeed. His experience in his field was impeccable. He was kind of impressed with me on first with my presentation. All in all at the end it went out great and got selected too, but job position which offered to me was for Business Analysts.
Consequently, after that, he was sent a detailed list of his clients from the relevant companies across the entire network, all of whom, he said, had just left for work. We didn’t get a detailed report because we were just talking about their lives.
Then Mr. Gould received a call from an old friend who was with Ape in the USA. He told me that our colleagues who had worked for the company were taking a leave or going to an overseas conference but, unlike most of them, were very active on Facebook. They gave him the opportunity to join a company or send me a company e-mail to join their company. He went in search of one of the company offices and found an assistant who wanted to be in contact. With a little help from a friend, he was able to locate the employees by their Facebook status.
It all sounded good, but soon he found himself in a rut. He said that no matter who they were or what they were interested in, they were all looking for a job with a high-quality organization. We were being treated bad by the company as though we were useless people. As a result, when we were asked to get some work done (such as training a new team), none of them could speak English. When I returned, they began to threaten me with death; it was my fault.
One day, I was assigned to meet an international business development officer at a conference conference in the USA recently. Her name is Jodi H. H. Miller and she had just been let go from the Ape-Herald. She said that the Ape-Herald was hiring and would fill its positions. I was excited to try to find someone who could do this job, but I couldn’t because my wife was working a full-time job and I couldn’t come home as soon as Ape did. She said that she wanted to be a part of this program. But there was nothing I could do. I was told that Ape was looking for a senior manager and if I told anyone, they might have trouble explaining anything about me or possibly even ask for more time and make an application. I got no answer, and I couldn’t find a replacement.
I found that a friend was on the Ape-Herald and called her on her phone. She assured me that she could help me out. To my surprise, they called the Ape-Herald, but the manager kept saying that she could not talk to them. When she finally called, she said that she was ready to start moving, but she was afraid to proceed with the interview. However, she did let me know something was wrong. She said that her boyfriend and his boyfriend’s wife had invited them to the
