To become a teacher is one of the greatest joys of my life. With becoming a teacher there are those ups and downs, also you have rewards and challenges as if you do in any job. Challenges that I believe that I will face is knowing what content and skills to teach, managing a classroom and keeping up with everything as far as making sure all my parents are informed at all times dealing with their child. My rewards would be my passion for the classroom, the job security as a teacher, and the opportunity to change others lives.
It is always a challenge of knowing what to teach. Teachers are always giving instructions on what needs to be taught, but the difficult part is making sure it is all relayed on time. Since there is so much material I have to find the way to deliver it so that all parts are covered and the kids remember it. I believe it will be easier to talk with more experienced teachers to see how they do theres and get me a routine that allows me to keep up with them. Knowing the curriculum and how others lay it out will help us all. ( Kauchak & Eggen, 2011, pg 320)

Also, I will send a copy of them home to get parents help. Small kids are the hardest but once they get to know you and respect you they get better. One of the important things to remember is to give them stability with rules, consequences, and reward.
One demand of a teacher is being able to keep reports sent home on their kids to let them know how they are doing. I will have to learn how to manage all my time with teaching the kids, giving them homework, and keeping up with the grades. Letting time run out is not an option because every minute I am working I could be doing something to help a child. ( Kauchak & Eggen, 2011)
Something I know I will love to do is to show my passion of teaching to the kids. Letting them know how much I love it and it has done for me can help make a change in their life. The thought of helping someone learn something new and hearing them repeat it to you is amazing. I will explain all the joys I have for teaching and show them how much fun it could actually be. By doing this it will show them that I am not in it for the money, but because I love it and
