In fact, the number of jobs in each sector is growing faster than the number of jobs nationwide. Our nation is now in the process of transforming itself into a more diverse, resilient society. This transition has been challenging, but the challenges remain. Worker Diversity Employer Workforce Equity Employment Equity… with today’s workforce increasing more than 100,000 hourly workers and 100,000 full-time workers per million of people in poverty. Our nation makes progress on this issue. We are now experiencing the most rapidly increasing levels of unemployment in decades. The report will touch on several different diversity issues common in today’s work place. It will also discuss how changing diversity affects the changing workplace and different situations that may present as a result of the changes. Recommendations in this report are based on statistical information and will prove to have beneficial results when implemented.
