Whether it be English, Spanish, French, German ,or maybe even Chinese, foreign languages are important. There are many ways students can avail from different languages. In order for a student to graduate it is obligatory to take at least two years of a foreign language, and it enhances their communication skills for after high school.
Jobs are important to anyone who wants to succeed in life. Whether you are a fireman, police officer, dentist, doctor, marine biologist, or even a fry cook, there is an advantage in knowing foreign languages. Pretend you were a lawyer called in to work on a huge case. This is a big opportunity for you, however there is another person who wants the case. Unfortunately, the client only speaks Spanish, and you never took a foreign language in high school because it wasn’t required.
