In my opinion, first, I recommend Amanda can adopt some informal in communicating with her bosses. When there is conflict, communicate always a suitable method to solve the problem. Amanda has to communicate not only with Mr. Frank but also Mr. Bob. During the communication, she can try to bring her ideas about things that might let her feel uncomfortable or bothered her. To communicate with her bosses is what Amanda needs to do as her first step.
Secondly, Amanda can use some formal methods inside her company, such as using formal communication with her bosses and emphasizing what they did personally offended her. She has to express her thoughts and feelings because their behavior may become harassment to her whether they do it purposely or not.
