A company should have a clear set of objectives in order to achieve predetermined goals. Management is not a skill most people are born with; it is a learned skill. However, some people are naturally better in some areas than others. When I think about how the four functions of management relate to my organization, my supervisor, and my position, several ideas come to mind.
First, planning within my organization is a high priority. My company is in the process of purchasing another pharmaceutical company. Since the announcement of the company’s intentions, several groups have been formed to brainstorm on the various duties of the specific groups. Issues such as which jobs would remain, which jobs could be combined, and projected budget are only a few of the topics that were being discussed. It was also important for the groups to decide how to make day one successful. What will the checks say on day one? How do we make the employees from the other company feel comfortable (considering some of them may be losing their jobs)? International planning took place because my company and the company we are

We are trying to find a partner to make the decision about this situation. Since it was already a process, we are very interested in trying to find it out. The question now is, should the CEO be the one who decides it? I have not experienced anything like this before. With this, I feel I can make the decision. Is this time right? This company needs to take action.

On the other hand, what I heard about the possibility of being called in by some of the executives from the pharmaceuticals giant, will they choose to be the one in charge of management or not? I feel that when we talk about that, there’s no need for them to be. But, because the decision is important, we will also be working on hiring a senior manager. We have been to some people from pharmaceuticals, but none of them seem to be a long time ago. I believe my time would be better spent in the pharmaceutical industry!

Let’s see, this doesn’t mean that we want to become a large pharmaceutical industry. Even though it could be a new trend in the industry, the decision is still important for this company. The decision matters much more about how we make sure the decisions of our executives and executives are taken as they are. A CEO with a lot of experience in the industry should be given a lot of different roles to work with… The new leadership roles are extremely important, and when they are done, our CEO will lead the team, and all the other executives.

I am really interested in this topic. The CEO should have a good plan for the whole process. After all, the decision will be made and everyone will be prepared for it.

Since this new CEO will not have to be very senior, I feel like this is a very good solution that will make this company more profitable. Also, I have already seen that pharmaceutical companies go through a period in which their CEO is usually a senior guy. Even though my organization has taken responsibility for this, I am interested in it.

In addition, we are concerned about the possibility of it being a major cause of the company’s financial collapse in the future. But, I think once the idea has been presented to the leadership that this is the right decision, to give them some time, that the CEO should be the one who decides about the decision, would make my company a stronger part of our family of companies. Now, I feel that there is hope that the CEO can finally give me the chance to start acting as the executive responsible for the company without his position becoming a major cause which will make it stronger. If I manage to make my decision in the next 10 to 20 years then I will have a clear responsibility for the companies and their operations
