Alhamdulillah, in the process of accomplishing our project, we did not face major problems that cannot be handled. Apart from that, the high teamwork spirit that our group showed made us very enthusiastic to finish this project. We also would like to wish our gratitude to Datin Sharifah Suzana Binti Wan Shukran, our ENT300 lecturer, who has given a lot of useful knowledge to our group and guidance and advice all the way in order to accomplish our project. Her support and knowledge that she has shared had an encouraged us to focus and work harder to ensure that our project’s goals will be achieved and our project will run smoothly as what aimed.
Furthermore, our gratitude will also be given to the pharmacies and science lecturers that give a lot of information about environmental friendly products. Without their help, we might not be able to find additional material as our source of references of our project. We will also like to wish a thousand of thank to our parents, our trustful friends, the insurance and electric supply companies, banking institution and so forth for displaying cooperation and support in terms of encouragement and assistance in the completion of our project.Lastly, we will also like to wish thousand of gratitude to all individuals who were directly or indirectly involved in the succession of our project. Thank you.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The name of our company is Micropest Partnership. Our business is in the form of partnership which consists of four members. Each partner contributes certain amount of capital as agreed in the partnership agreement. There are no sleeping partners and all are entitled to participate actively in the business management. We have reached an agreement to entitle that Asniar Binti Salim acts as General Manager, Azilah Binti Rasini acts as Marketing Manager, Nurul Afifah Binti Haji Openg acts as Operational Manager, and Dayangku Siti Nurfariza Binti Awang Ahmad Safri acts as Financial Manager. The selection of the General Manager is based upon the consensus among the partners and is selected based on the experience, skills and ability. The management team will be headed by the General Manager and assisted by the other manager. The General Manager is responsible in planning, leading, controlling and organizing the business. The Administration Manager is responsible for all administrative jobs such as planning and arranging the remuneration schedule of salaries and wages. The Operation Manager is responsible for the operation and will be supervising and coordinating the operation of the business. The Marketing Manager is responsible to create the marketing plan, identifying customers’ needs and demands, identifying the competitors, the target market and the market size forecasting in the future.
