C. Company Structure/OrganizationStaffing RequirementsAll partners/managers will be hands-on workers; they would be the staffs on the store and provide services for the customers. Tacolitos hiring of employee will not be to often because the owners themselves are also part of the firms labor force or employees. Initially, the business will hire employees on the next few years of operation.
