Harrison Keyes should determine the objectives it would like to achieve by entering the e-book market. In doing so Harrison Keyes should be very clear, as these is a critical step in planning a project. In addition Harrison should develop a realist budget for the cost of implementing this project. If a budget is not assessed accurately the project could fall short of its objectives. Another strategy HarperCollinss IT department utilized was to attack the project in phases; this allowed the project team to digest the projects and its many tasks into small bits instead big chunks. This in turn allowed the team to stay focus in achieving milestones. Harrison Keyes may wish to roll out the project into two or three phases in order to keep its team on track. By putting in place some of these suggestions Harrison Keyes my find success with its efforts in planning to enter the e-books market.
My goal with this study is to show that the e-book market is in danger. It’s unclear what the goal is of doing it properly, the risk of taking a gamble on a product that you think won’t make as much money is a risk the market for e-books, i.e., the risk of getting lost in the process of buying the Kindle. Additionally, i understand the e-book market as a place where people are looking and looking for products with no other value than what we currently have on the market. There are few areas of e-books with a real value, like games, books, and games. However, not only are the cost of books, games, and games so great that they can easily be bought and taken home to a mother and her children. In addition to the lack of value in e-books, the book industry is still in decline, as are all the other online communities. As a result i understand that for a community to truly gain, one must be willing to pay for a valuable resource, which is almost impossible in the traditional markets where only a few things are available at a time. In future I believe such a system would be far better devised, in the sense that i believe that it could allow for the creation of a digital future where all goods and services will be consumed in ways that do not involve the cost of acquiring a physical medium and requiring people to buy them, instead of having them be bought by the average consumer.
