Pastoral Reflection Paper
“I know in whom I put my trust”
In my Pastoral Integration this First Semester it was happened in the same place where I already assigned last year in the Gkk riverside with a Patron St. Rosario. I have observed many things in my pastoral exposure with my companion Mark Arriesgado, Job Abo-abo, Alfredo Maquimay III and also a Marist Sister namely Sister Margaret and the R.E. 105 (The Christian Faith) Students and R.E. 107 (The Church) students. Before leaving in the place where I came from I ask God for the Guidance and protection for this pastoralIntegration together with my brother seminary, sister and lay students. While I already walking along the high way going to Baryo dos and remember the word “I you act not believe, you will not stand firm”from the book of a prophet Isaiah 7:9 . There times in my life confuse about things in our surrounding like other spirit. Are they really existed on this world? This only answer is Yes or either No. Yes they existed because I felt or see it in many forms of this, plants and animals. And no. they are not existed on this world because “See is to believe” and like also in the book of New Testament. when the faith of Thomas showing that he didn’t believe in Christ resurrection but after he see Jesus Christ with his wound both hand’s and feet’s. This is only a short reflection I made while walking. When we are arrive in the bridge of the barrio dos because of the hit of the sun sticking in my whole body and then I said to myself, I felt tired and ready to surrender and go back to seminary but because “I know in whom I put my trust.
There’s only a LayconamelyMr. Elan Presga celebrant a Bible service. There are many people during in celebration of a services likes a group of youth, Gkk officials, and also parents. This people go with their families in the small chapels every Sunday’s bible service. This is the best representation of being a family-oriented of a Filipino. A whole family gathered together inside the chapel to celebrate the good news of God revealed through his only son the mediator of heaven and earth Jesus Christ. Therefor on this celebration, the Eucharist brings every family into the family of God. Every pastoral exposure in Gkk. Riverside arrived in the time of a communion because almost 30-40 minutes walking from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Seminary to Gkk Riverside. During in communion each family received Christ together as the best description of being a meal-oriented of the Filipino Catholic Christian. After the Bible Service finished the member of the Gkk gather all inside the small chapel for the lunching of the pastoral integration on this 1st semester, after that they prepare a food for us, for breakfast and share it in everyone
