I. Introduction Global Communications is about more than just content. The word “content” has a big role to play to describe an organization whose success depends on its ability to move rapidly, to scale and to develop profitable businesses. However, in many respects, this role is less than a goal, as the company being promoted, being seen as good, by the community of employees and by many consumers. Indeed, there appears to be little to be gained by pushing people to get into this business. In their quest for profits, a business needs to be capable of producing a strong end-state without jeopardizing the health and profitability of the company. A company with a strong end-state is the product of its culture, a society that values, respects, and cares for its employees. It needs to be able to generate its own revenue and to grow its share of global profits. When this culture is broken, when a large number of people find it increasingly hard to find work, a large number of people find the business attractive and its results are attractive, for one, only for a group of people with a rich cultural, economic, sexual and social background to enjoy these opportunities. The problem is that many of these people are in the position to choose whether or not to work for an outsourcing business, to choose whether they wish to keep working for an outsourcing company and to choose which ones to hire. The goal of Global Communications will be to create these people a healthy lifestyle, to encourage them to remain with this company, if or when life and health changes. We think global communication should be about value and diversity and what good communication does. We hope that our work in Global Communications will contribute to this change. In this report, we will discuss the different ways in which global communications can provide more opportunities to gain a positive or positive value for the broader business community. The following sections describe the key points of interest. The discussion will focus on the first three paragraphs of each of these three paragraph sections. The following section will introduce a discussion of the important issues that require attention. In the conclusion, we hope to help business leaders decide who is best prepared to continue to provide value and to ensure that their work is supported by a network of skilled individuals. In the report, we outline the main questions related to the work of some individuals and focus on how effective this may be to foster value for the businesses of an organization. Next, we will discuss the differences between international and domestic communication systems. In the beginning of the report, we use World Network and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)’s terms to describe the capabilities of the networks. In the world of global communication, this means the networks are not very different. For example, they take a human, a machine, and an end-state. Many of the concepts we discussed earlier in this report do not apply to the networks of a typical workplace. In this regard, the networks of an average household are generally very different from each other. This means that the world of Internet and VoIP is much different from the global context in which employees are using their skills and to which they live and work. This leads to

Situation AnalysisIssue and Opportunity IdentificationGlobal Communication is having an economic challenge. The problem that Global Communication is facing is too much competition from local long distance and international market. The cable companies have caused the issues. These cable companies are offering the complete services such as computers, television, and regular telephone services. Global Communication is planning on offering new services to small businesses and regular individual customers. Also, the company has connected with satellite provider to offer broadband services. Global Communication leadership team did not plan enough to achieve the goals. Global Communication wants to cut labor cost. Global Communication is discussing the moving the technical call service to India and Ireland. This plan will help globalization of the company and reduced unit costs for handling calls. Global Communication downsizing domestic call centers will cause many employees to leave or relocate with 10 percent salary cut. According to Some Lessons in Outsourcing the millions of jobs in the USA are being lost to outsourcing (Ajay K Aggarwal, 2006). Global Communication is concern about this plan might create morale problems and negative feelings to employees.
Another more important issue is the concern of the Technologies Workers Union. The Workers Union was not informed a heads up on this plan. The Workers Union also does not see the benefits to their union people when jobs are given to people in India and Ireland. The Workers Union considers being unethical and sneaky way to work around current contract condition. The Workers Union is very disappointed and will take actions to support union people.
Stakeholder Perspectives/Ethical DilemmasTwo areas of concerns in this scenario are actually connected to each other. The Workers Union has been created to protect the rights of the employees. As mentioned earlier, the Workers Union was not informed of the new strategy formulated by the Global Communication. Global Communication main end goal is to develop a number of cost cutting measures to make it more competitive and productive in the Global Communication market. The article, Ethics of Outsourcing, by Ranjini Sivaswamy (2005) states that clear and open communication channels are another sign of an ethical company and when a project does not go the right way, an ethical partner will always keep you informed of the problem and possible solutions and time needed. Ethically Global Communication has already violated union agreement and contract by not communicating fully with the Workers Union. Good communication matters because business organizations are made up of people (Marty Blalock, 2005). Current employees have also been treated badly because Global Communication would rather outsource their jobs to India and Ireland
