In order to be a leader you have to be willing to fight for what you believe in, be honest, trust worthy, and you would have to be commited, reliable and also focused. I feel Tiberius was a good match for agustuos becouse Ttiberius had leadership skills and was very honorable, He also was an emporor so had to of had some type of good prospers. A couple of charictaristics he had that made him a good leader were he wasnt none on good basis with the romans so we know he mustve been mentaly strong to defeat all of the people that doubted him. A nother thing is that he had to be pretty commited becouse im sure there was alot of people telling he couldnt be a roman emporor. Someone in my life that i feel is a good leader is my uncle Ben Resendez , I feel he is a good leadeerr becouse he is mann of his word and is also flexable so he is easy to talk to. Another reason i feel my uncle is a good leader is that he is reliable and actually cares about what hes doing and who hes doing it for.
